With the kids back to school today that can mean back to better routines. If your fitness fell off during the summer we have the perfect opportunity for you -9:30am Strength & Conditioning Classes right after the kids are gone for the day. Perhaps this isn’t “back to fitness.” It’s back to yourself.

What a day it’s been around the gym today and it’s only noon!

6am class, 15 members got a nice pump for the long weekend.

9:30am class, 13 members also got a nice pump for the long weekend.

We trained lots of personal clients in between classes.

10:30am Hockey Camp, it was number 24 of 24, that’s a wrap. These kids were great and now they’re ready for their seasons.

It was Matt’s “last day” before he heads off to University. He’s been around the gym since he was 5 years old hanging out being good while his parents worked out. Then right into Kids S&C Classes where he began to shine! Amazing determination and willingness to put in quality work -this will benefit you in all your walks of life 👊🏻

It was Kendall’s “last day” before she heads off to University. She’s been around the gym since Kids S&C Classes when she was about 7 or 8 years old. Kendall’s attention to details and incredible strength -this will help you accomplish whatever you put your mind to 👊🏻

We will miss seeing Kendall and Matt around all throughout the week consistently at class but we feel good knowing how ready you two are for your next step in life. All the best!!!

Hockey Camp athletes hitting cardio nicely Monday!

It’s wild to believe that we only have Wednesday & Fridays workouts and this summers Hockey Camps will be completed. The athletes will have put in their off season work to make their own personal improvements for their next season 🏒

Athletes were awesome to work with this summer 👊🏻 Thanks to them for putting in such excellent efforts.

We are glad to see lots of returning faces back with us in September with Kids Strength & Conditioning classes and currently we have two hockey teams signed up for 10 weeks each with us.

Big congratulations goes out to Nash on being selected for the Epic Showcase after finishing semis in Provincials with his Wallaceburg Griffins Team 🥍 Nash has been consistently training hard with us in classes and mostly personal training w/ Coach Rod. We love seeing our athletes efforts paying off for them!

We are working on the 6th week of Summer Hockey Camps and things are going phenomenal. These athletes want to improve all athleticism and we have the communications and knowledge to make that happen for them. Seeing these guys and girls gain mental toughness, speed and strength is what we absolutely love to do!
