LIFT WITH CONFIDENCE — Women’s edition

Curious about strength training but unsure where to start?

This educational coaching series is for you. Whether you’re new to lifting or returning after some time away, Lift With Confidence is designed to help women develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills to train safely and effectively. It will teach you the principles of strength training so you can continue lifting confidently and independently long after the series is over.

- 3 two-hour coaching sessions
- Maximum 6 women
- 300$+tx per person

Your registration also includes a beginner full-body strength program, exercise demonstration videos, and individualized coaching throughout the series.
