SUMMER STRONG 🚴‍♀️💪

The class will focus on strength, power, balance, mobility, building strong and resilient muscles, bones and joints through a combination of strength training, plyometrics, and active mobility. Supports recovery, injury prevention and longevity in your sports. Intensity of exercises can be adjusted for all levels.

Focus on key areas: knees, ankles, hips, shoulders, deep core, back, hamstrings

Goal: Move better and start your season right. Support your summer activities such as running, cycling, paddling or racket sports by building strength, resilience and confidence.

Ce cours met l’accent sur la force, la puissance, l’équilibre et la mobilité afin de développer des muscles, des os et des articulations solides et résilients grâce à une combinaison d’entraînement musculaire, de plyométrie et de mobilité active. Il aide à la récupération, à la prévention des blessures et à la longévité dans vos sports. L’intensité des exercices peut être adaptée à tous les niveaux.

Focus sur les zones clés : genoux, chevilles, hanches, épaules, tronc profond, dos et ischio-jambiers.

55+ Small Group Strength Training Program

Build strength, confidence, and healthier bones in just two guided sessions designed specifically for women 55+. This introductory program focuses on safe, effective exercises that support menopause and osteoporosis by improving posture, balance, and functional strength. You’ll learn how to lift with proper technique, reduce your risk of falls, and gain a personalized take-home program so you can continue building strength long after the sessions are complete.

- Small group setting (max 5 participants) for personalized attention
- Focus on functional strength, bone health, breathing, balance and mobility
- Guided instruction on proper form, technique, and safe progression
- Exercises tailored to all levels, including modifications as needed
- A tailored to you, printed program to improve everyday strength, movement, and long-term quality of life.

Participants will leave with a structured, easy-to-follow strength training program with weight choices and variations as required, so they can confidently continue working out on their own.
