I spent this past weekend in Chandler AZ🌵 Taking a kinesiology taping for FST course! Most taping courses teach “protocols” for specific injuries. Where taping for FST focuses on the understanding of the fascia nets emphasized in the FST courses and how to add in the use of Kinesiotape as a movement based approach to decreasing pain, improving posture, function, and performance.

Super excited to officially be a Graston Technique Provider!

Graston technique uses 6 specifically designed stainless steel instruments to help with the detection and treatment of soft issue dysfunction. Soft tissue lesions, fascial restrictions, actuate and chronic conditions can all be treated with graston technique.
