I have been involved with amateur boxing first as a competitor from 1981-1985, I had a short pro career then proceeded to kick boxing where I competed from 1987-1995 I have been in the gyms steady since I started in the fight game having owned Vars gym in Victoria & Kootenay pro-a

m in Nelson B.C. Most recently I have been coaching with Southside Legion Boxing club in Edmonton Ab. As a trainer I'm here to get results and positive gains & if you trust in the process, work hard , show up I will share with you my knowledge & skills from foot work & balance, punch & punch kick combinations,offence & defence drills, core strength & flexibility. This a great way to get in top physical condition, build self confidence & great practical self defence.
