Today marks our official 10th Anniversary!!

Thank you all for helping us make this big occasion!

It seems like yesterday I was walking into Fort St., wondering if anyone would show up, and I'm proud to say we still have a few of the same faces around from our very first evening.

10 years of KJJ have brought countless memories both on and off the mats, and I can't wait to share countless more in the years to come.

We will have a large party to celebrate in the Summer and all will be welcome.

A huge shout out to all the coaches and admin that keep the academy running smoothly, and to everyone for your continued support.

So proud of this guy!

Last night in Mexico 🇲🇽 at 18yrs old, took on his first opponent in MMA.

As a student he did everything a coach could ask for, he listened great, made adjustments on the fly, and demonstrated perfectly a ton of the techniques we focused on in camp.

While the close decision didn't go our way, this has been a great experience for us to build upon. Felix has lit a fire in the team in preparation for this fight, and I can't wait to get back to the academy and grow this momentum.

Congratulations to Felix for an incredible 1st fight!!

Life has been epic lately, I've been too busy having fun to keep up with social media.

Jordan White gave an incredible demonstration, earning himself a Blue belt before leaving to Kelowna. Hard shoes to fill, and the team will miss him greatly in his absence.

and went a perfect sweep in the SIO in Chemainus going 8-0 with all submissions in 8 minutes of grappling 🙀🙀🙀

has been training hard for his MMA fight and we are in Mexico 🇲🇽 now getting ready for battle tomorrow.

and his band win Canada's Waken Metal Battle and will open for Guns and Rose's at the Waken Open in Germany 🇩🇪 in July.
