Victoria Tai Chi Club The Victoria Soft Impact Tai Chi Club provides an easy relaxing way to improve one's health by means of the 108 movement Yang style Tai Chi form.

The Victoria Tai Chi club is a club dedicated to the practice of Yang style Tai Chi for Health, Fitness, Relaxation, Healing, Balance, Better Mental Awareness, Leg strength, Muscle Toning, De-Stressing. Tai Chi is also a martial art. For those interested in this aspect we develop this through the pushing hands exercise. For faster self defence skills we also teach Wing Chun.

Practice is Tuesday from 7 to 8:30. Three members at the moment since we are just starting up. They have completed section 1 of the Yang style 108 movement form and are also doing the double push hands.
