Martial Art Extreme

Martial Art Extreme Shed Weight, Sweat, & Learn to Defend Yourself With MAE I started in martial arts when I was about 19 years old in 1980. I started with a Tae Kwon Do club.

The main reason I joined a martial arts club was that I wanted to learn how to defend myself. I never looked back; I have been teaching and training since then. After 8 years in the making, I came up with the Martial Art Extreme (MAE) program. I created MAE so people don’t have to force themselves out of their comfort zones by joining a gym or a dojo, they can do everything from home. The reason w

hy I created MAE is the reason why I joined martial arts, to begin with; I want everyone to experience the confidence you gain when you train with MAE, it will change your life as it did mine and many others.

1. Chamber the Leg: Lift your rear knee, bending it at a 90-degree angle while keeping your upper body upright. Your foot should be flexed and ready to strike.
2. Rotate the Hip: As you start the kick, pivot your lead foot slightly outward to allow for hip rotation. This hip rotation generates power for the kick.
3. Extend the Leg: While maintaining a strong pivot on your lead foot, extend your rear leg toward the target. Keep your leg straight and your toes pointed downward.
4. Strike with the Heel: The striking surface for a back kick is usually the heel. As your leg extends, focus on making contact with the target using your heel. This is a powerful and precise way to strike.
5. Look Over Your Shoulder: To maximize accuracy and precision, look over your shoulder at the target as you execute the kick. This will help you aim and strike accurately.
6. Full Extension: Aim for full extension, making sure your leg reaches its maximum distance and height.
7. Recoil: After the kick, quickly retract your leg and return to your fighting stance. Ensure you're balanced and ready for any counterattacks.
