A great day exploring small islands, visiting seals and fresh baked muffins from with coffee and tea on the water. Stunning views in every direction. And just us and 20-30 seals enjoying the ocean front coffee shop. Even a few sea lions to make even more fun.

Another great Red Paddle Co Ride Out to kick off the 2026 summer paddling season! We had 26 SUPers this year from 7-70+ on the water for adventures ranging from 6-15km as we island hopped through the southern Gulf Islands. Thanks to for sponsorship and amazing prizes! We are already looking forward to 6th annual Ride Out in 2027! And thanks to Salt Spring Wild Cider for the fabulous après paddle dinner. A full day of beautiful scenery, perfect weather with a great group of people.

Our first bioluminescence adventure of 2026 and nature’s light show is back! April 3 was a great one! The long sunny days will be great for night paddles this week. Get out before the crowds and enjoy early season solitude full of underwater surprises and spectacular night sky stargazing as well. This experience is suitable for beginners. All fitness levels and non swimmers too. We have drysuits and wetsuits for cooler weather and easy boards. Ages 4 to 104! See you on the water soon. The most fun experience after dark in Victoria! Maybe the only experience after dark in Victoria:)
