Island Boxing

Island Boxing Island Boxing is Victoria’s most experienced boxing training facility. Located out of 831 Fisgard St which has been in operation for over 25 years.

We offer training for children, beginners, amateurs and elite fighters. If you want to work hard and get the best workout there is, come in to try out a class. Island Boxing offers a wide variety of classes that will appeal to all your training and fitness needs. Island Boxing’s program focuses on a holistic approach to boxing. In addition to teaching boxing we also teach positive life skills such

as discipline, commitment, education, anger management/self control, compassion, respect, healthy living, healthy lifestyle and contribution to the community. Former Canadian Boxing Champion Jason Heit directs the program. Competitive, non-competitive, children, adults, beginner and experienced boxing participants are all welcome.
