MEMBERS.. check your email for information about the upcoming 4 extraordinary resolutions happening at the June General Meeting. As per Bylaws they have been emailed, and posted on the website for all to view. Voting as per bylaws must be done in person at the meeting.
Attached is the video of proposed changes. Any questions regarding these, please respond to the email.

Members are advised that four Extraordinary Resolutions will be presented for consideration and vote at the June 16, 2026 General Meeting. These proposed bylaw amendments affect membership categories, membership caps, member contribution requirements and the process for setting annual dues.

We’re putting together a Fire Smart work party on Sunday, May 24th (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) and could really use a hand.

The plan is to focus on the lower property and get a bunch of cleanup done to improve fire safety. That includes:
-Pulling out Scotch broom
-Clearing brambles
-Lots of w**d whacking (there’s quite a bit to get through)
-Brush cutting
-General cleanup around the property
If you’ve got tools, please bring them along. Especially helpful would be: Chainsaws,
Pruning or lopping shears, W**d whackers / brush cutters (we’ll need a few of these if possible)

We’ll have burgers and smokies for lunch provided by the Club. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out!

Dear VMC members. Thank you all who we're able to honor Perry yesterday (in-person or on-line with the live-stream. He would have loved seeing you again. Many thanks to Peter Smiher, and Allie Douglas for their kind words. Im sorry I didn't note the other members who shared their memories too. All heartwarming to hear.

With the Fire Ban coming into effect Thursday. There will be NO RIDING PAST the ENDURO X track. Upper property will be closed as of Friday. - Club President
