Coaching is about more than what happens in competition. It’s about the countless moments of teaching, listening, challenging, supporting and believing that help athletes grow.

This National Coaches Week, we’re celebrating the coaches who make an impact every day in sport and beyond.

Thank you for everything you do. ❤️

Last Friday, CSI Pacific had the opportunity to connect with ISPARC in Vancouver to share more about who we are, what we do, and how we work alongside athletes and coaches across British Columbia.

It was a valuable opportunity to learn from one another, build connections, and discuss how we can work together to support the next generation of Indigenous athletes across the province.

We’re looking forward to continuing the conversation and building a strong relationship moving forward.

Sport has a way of opening doors far beyond competition. 🌎🥋

For CSI Pacific Athlete Ambassador Claudia Laos-Loo, a recent trip to Hawaii was a chance to step into a different side of sport. One centred on leadership, mentorship and connection.

As Claudia continues to grow as both an athlete and future coach, opportunities like this are a reminder that the impact of sport isn’t only measured by results. It’s also found in the people you meet, the knowledge you pass on and the communities you become part of along the way.

Swipe through to hear Claudia’s reflections from a memorable week in Hawaii. 🌺

🥊 Taking high-performance expertise into the community.

CSI Pacific S&C Coach Dr. Seth Lenetsky is heading to Prince George this week to work with the next generation of boxers at the Inner City Boxing PG Training Camp.

On August 28, Seth will share his expertise in Best Practices for Fight Day, helping young athletes learn more about what goes into preparing to perform when it matters.

The four-day camp brings together fighters and coaches from across B.C. and Alberta, combining training, sparring and education to help developing athletes take the next step in their sport.

We’re proud to see our practitioners sharing their knowledge beyond the daily training environment and helping build stronger athletes, coaches and sport communities throughout B.C. 💪🥊
