Your sport builds your skills. We help build the athlete behind them 💪

The next session of CFLT Youth Performance starts November 11!

This 6-week small group program is for young athletes who want to build the physical tools that support them in sport - strength, speed, power, conditioning, body control, and confidence.

With a maximum of 8 athletes, there’s plenty of individual coaching while still getting the energy of training alongside other motivated young athletes.

📅 November 11 – December 16
⏰ Wednesdays | 4–5 PM
👥 Ages 11–16 | Max 8 athletes

Whatever their sport, let’s keep building the athlete behind it.
