Our classes cater to the martial arts buff who loves the sport and wants to learn the technique without the pressure to compete. With a full range of classes available there is a perfect fit for everyone. For beginners our motivating, energetic atmosphere can give you just the boost you need to become a healthier, happier you while challenging yourself at a new skill. You'll gain confidence, appre

For more advanced students classes offer a well rounded experience of mixed martial arts techniques, conditioning and circuit training that is widely used by pro athletes around the world. We provide an excellent atmosphere and coaching for any goal and can help create the perfect camp.

Big shout to these 3 great people.
has been part of merge coming up to 7 years now, has always supported me through my fight events , trained consistently with me and is the person that is responsible for making all the merge wear through the years.
has trained with me for 7 years straight.He has never left or switched gyms and always trusted in my coaching and has always been a loyal student to merge , he has helped with leading classes and supported the gym through all my ups and downs through out the years.
has been part of the journey since the start, 8 years and counting. You are an amazing human thanks for all your love support and guidance , keep it going champ ❤️❤️.
