Is the success your chasing even what YOU want? Or someone else’s pipe dream that you just took on yourself
At the end of the day only YOU know this
Not your family
Not your friend
Not your coach
Not even your partner
Only you know what truly lights up your heart
It’s so easy to get caught up in the external world bells and whistles of what everyone else is doing and accomplishing...
That we forget to check in with ourselves
And we end up on a path that at first seemed like what we wanted...but in actuality it was someone else’s version
So I ask you, what does success look like to you?
How will you know when you have achieved it?
Is it a million dollars?
Is it more time with your kids?
Is it finally leaving that dead end job to start your business?
Is it having amazing health?
Is it to leave a legacy for the next generation?
Is it having the private jet?
Is it to sponsor saving animals?
Etc etc
Take 5 minutes today and check in with yourself
What are you doing this all for?

Tap into the most underrated tool you have.
Step one is awareness
Step 2 is question it
Maybe it’s journalling or reaching out to a friend or talking to your coach (ahem me!)
Step 3 is questioning the awareness and processing what comes up
Step 4 once you have processed it (feel it to heal it if need be) move your attention to a better serving thought
Watch how your state changes
Which then creates a domino effect for the actions/ behaviours you take and the results you get.

“I’m too busy”…nah girl you’re hiding behind a deep down fear you don’t want to admit…
Maybe it’s a fear of being seen
A fear of success
A fear of judgment
A fear of imposter syndrome
A fear of abandonment
A fear of failure
A fear of not being worthy or enough
A fear of making the “wrong” decision
But let me tell you, that next level of success requires a different version of you
That is of course if you actually want what you say you want
More time freedom
More income without more work
More impact…
Yup it’s possible…but not with the current ways you are doing things…
And you KNOW this but don’t have the support or environment or coach to kick your butt out of it
You’re friends and family mean well but they don’t understand your vision and won’t get it until you are already there…
But don’t allow their fears or concerns to distill your vision…they are coming from a place of protecting and love and wanting you to be safe
Safe doesn’t get us results. Our comfort zone repeats our comfort zone.
It doesn’t mean you have to do it alone. In fact you’d be silly to. Every smart high performer no matter what level of success has a coach.
A coach sees things you can’t. A coach calls you on your bs and holds you to your higher vision. A coach will say things to you that no one else will. A coach holds a sacred place for your doubts, worries, fears and vulnerabilities without judgment. A coach holds a space for your dreams that you’re too afraid to admit to anyone.
So the question is. Do you stay the same and keep spinning, or finally get the coaching you need to reach that next level?

It’s all about perspective…one is empowering…the other is disempowering
The choice is yours
When you really think about it, at the end of the day EVERYTHING is up to you
Regardless if you have amazing family, friends, or clients etc
It’s still up to you
No one knows what’s on your heart
No one knows what you want deep down
No one knows your fears, worries or thoughts at night
No one knows how you feel
No one knows what lights you up
Only you.
People have good intentions and can listen well and give advice
But they are not in your body, heart or head 24/7
That burn out train your running…your responsibility
Those unhealthy habits…your responsibility
That work life prioritization…your responsibility
That feeling of switching careers, pivoting, quitting or trying something new…your responsibility
That relationship sinking or thriving, starting or ending…your responsibility
Those dreams, goals and life you are after…your responsibility
It’s always on you.
Does it mean you have to figure everything out on your own? Heck no. That’s what coaching is for. But it’s up to YOU to still show up and do the work. No one can make that change for you even if you have all the plans laid out step by step…you have to take the first step, and the next and the next
