A couple of Victoria's very own Olympic legends are hosting a free fun watch party for the Triathlon Canada National Sprint Triathlon Championships, followed by a short fun workout, and then a post-race social at Boomtown Pub. INDOOR CYCLING THIS FALL

Coached Workouts for all Levels

Starting October 1st (until Christmas)

Saanich Commonwealth Place

As the evenings get darker, the fall is a great time to compliment your outdoor cycling and fitness with a safe indoor bike session each week!

Programs are developed and led by certified Cycling and Triathlon Coaches. The sessions consist of progressive workouts that are designed to improve your outdoor cycling, whether it is racing or recreational. Sessions also include an optional run after the ride. All abilities welcome - must bring your own bike and stationary trainer (some trainers are available to borrow).

Thetis Lake Open Water Session

We are swimming again this Friday morning at Thetis Lake (August 8th).

730am main beach
In the water for 745am

The CRD Advisory for Blue/Green Algae is still in place; however we have access to independent water testing that is showing the Total Microcystins in the water are at 0.0000 ug/L as of last week.

Out of an abundance of caution, we will have protocols for entering the water, and we will not utilize the beach for the warm-ups.

Please be advised that because the CRD Advisory is still in place, we are not providing assurances of the water quality, and that if you choose to swim on Friday morning, you will be doing so at your own risk.

$10 drop-in on site (cash)

An On-line Waiver signing is also required for all swimmers (only required to complete once for the year)

There is NO EVENING swim this Monday due to the Holiday.
The Monday noon swim is still happening as scheduled.

Monday evening swimmers, we would like to offer you a bonus swim to join the 12noon group on Monday.

Get on Your Bikes and Ride!

Triathlon Canada is hosting a community ride with Bici Victoria (Broad St. Cycles) this Thursday, July 30 at 6:00 PM

A 40 km scenic loop around Victoria, open to all levels, and it's completely free to participate.

After the ride, enjoy snacks, drinks, and a few giveaways back at Bici.
