“I started boxing at 14 after being inspired by Muhammad Ali's auto biography "The Greatest," and achieved a 5-0 record as a competitor. I spent four years coaching all levels and styles of classes at Griffins Boxing and Fitness in Vancouver, and was briefly the head coach of the McGill Boxing club while I was a student there. I have always been drawn to boxing as a nexus of the physical and mental, which is reflected in my fighting and coaching style. My workouts combine physical exertion, mental problem solving, and having fun with creativity.”

1) Our first All-levels boxing class will occur this Wednesday at 7pm with Coach Charlotte 🥊 spots are open for booking!

2) You do NOT need an appointment to use the boxing gym outside of class time! Feel free to come when you want and use the equipment however you see fit!

We are incredibly excited to officially share this breaking news: Forge is moving to our new downtown home at 989 Johnson St. this December 2021!

We will be giving you weekly highlights and updates as we transform X2 brand-new bright and beautiful storefront units into a state of the art Strength & Conditioning and Group Fitness Training Centre!

Strength & Conditioning Training Facility

➡️More space, more barbells, more Olympic platforms, more squat racks, more useable space!
➡️Designed specifically for all barbell sports, including powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and competitive functional fitness
