Well things are changing and soon prospecting and mining for gold will all be in the hands of Corporations.
So if you're planning to apply your hand at gold panning or placer mining, I sure would not be waiting too long

Nikki Skuce, co-chair of the B.C. Mining Law Reform Network, says critical mineral mining will be part of the province's future, but it must abide by UNDRIP and environmental goals including CleanBC.
