The Eves of Destruction are proud to be Victoria's premiere roller derby league and have been hitting chicks since 2006. We are a non-profit roller derby association dedicated to excelling in sport, while promoting healthy living through physical activity, health education and public awareness. The Eves are a community minded organization, growing out of the grass roots movement to elevate roller

derby to new heights, while adhering to DIY ethic. Our gang of rollers dedicate many hours per week to practicing, volunteering, and preparing for world domination. We are thrilled to meet our fellow rollers from other cities near and far, both on our our track and away. The Eves are excited for our many partnerships with local business, as well as the opportunity to support many community groups and their events within Victoria, B.C. REGISTRATION FOR YETI’S BOOT CAMP IS NOW LIVE!
Join us September 26 & 27 in Nanaimo for an incredible weekend of learning with Yeti! This is a rare opportunity to train with a high-level coach right here on the Island, so don’t miss out!
The event is also a Charter fundraiser, and we appreciate all of your support. To help make the weekend as accessible as possible, registration is offered on a sliding scale of $75–$100.

What a weekend. What a season. What an incredible way to celebrate 20 years of the Eves of Destruction 🎉

To our fans - thank you for filling the stands, cheering your hearts out, and making every game perfect! Your energy is a huge part of what makes derby so special.

To our skaters - thank you for the love, energy, passion, and skill you bring to the track!

To our skating and nonskating officials - thank you for your time, dedication, knowledge, and commitment to keeping the game running. We couldn’t do it without you!

To our visiting teams - thank you for travelling, competing, and being part of our community. We love welcoming you to our track and sharing this sport with you 🤝 we cannot wait for next year!

To our volunteers, coaches, medics, photographers, announcers, staff, vendors, friends, families, and everyone behind the scenes - thank you for all the countless hours and invisible work that make derby happen.

And most of all, thank you to everyone who has been part of the Eves of Destruction over the past 20 years!

Twenty years of hits, hugs, rivalries, friendships, growth, challenges, celebrations, and memories. Twenty years of people showing up and building something bigger than themselves.

WORKSHOP + SCRIMMAGE WITH YETI!

The EOD Charter Teams are excited to host a two-day workshop and scrimmage with skater & coach Yeti or Not (Yeti)!

Harewood Court, Nanaimo, BC
September 26–27, 2026
A/B-level skaters
C-level skaters are welcome to attend the workshop!

This weekend will include skills, strategy, coaching, and plenty of time to put it all into action with a scrimmage.

💰 Sliding scale: $75–$100 for the full two-day workshop + scrimmage

Our league is run exclusively by an incredible team of volunteers who generously give their time to create a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for everyone

We ask that all spectators treat our volunteers, officials, skaters, and fellow fans with kindness and respect.

Abusive, aggressive, or threatening behaviour toward our volunteers, any EOD member (skaters and officials), visiting teams, or other fans will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the venue and refusal of entry to future events.

Thank you for helping us keep the Eves of Destruction a positive and inclusive community. We appreciate every one of you who cheers loudly, supports respectfully, and makes our events so special
