GIANT VICTORIA IS HIRING!

Do you have solid bike shop sales experience? Want to work in a clean, organized, high-energy shop where the vibe is fun, but the standards are high? If so, we want to hear from you.

We’re currently hiring one full-time Sales Specialist to join our dialed team. We’re looking for someone who genuinely knows bikes, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoys helping customers find exactly what they need. This is a year-round position with competitive compensation and full benefits.

Compensation & Perks:

- $20–$30/hour to start (based on experience)
- Guaranteed year-round employment

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong general bike knowledge (required)

- Strong work ethic and team-player mindset
- Lightspeed POS experience is an asset (not required)
- Professional and presentable
- Schedule is Saturday - Wednesday (Thursday + Friday off)

Dylan, thank you for nine years of hard work and dedication. You’ve played a significant role in shaping this shop into what it is today, selling thousands of bikes, servicing thousands more, and always showing up with commitment and pride in your work. That impact will not be forgotten.

You’ve been a key part of our team, and your presence will be deeply missed. While it won’t be easy to fill the void you leave behind, we’re genuinely excited to see where your next chapter takes you.

☀️ Well, spring has officially sprung, 13 rad bikes out this weekend! Congrats to Mr. Beck on your new TCR Advanced Pro 0! If you’re going to come home with a new bike you should probably bring one home for the wife too!
