Our kids bootcamp classes are kicking off this month in schools in sd61 and SD 62. The class is a circuit class for youth and will be our first time introducing the program in schools after having kids join our circuit classes in the summer for years;) if you would like to see the program offered in your kids school email [email protected].

Mini Mudders programs (basics in obstacle racing) a second program, that has been running for the last five years in Victoria will be in schools in may.

Look forward to being back working with the kids!

Looking for some classes to go to over spring break where you can bring your kids? Come out to baby/toddler bootcamp Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays 9:30am at Hyacinth Park. We set up near the playground so that the kids can have a little play while we get our workout in! Come on out!
