Happy New Year!
I'm only a few days late. haha
As we head into 2024 many of us have renewed energy for change and growth. I am definitely in on that energy this year!

As I get ready to launch my full programs I will be holding more free online workshops to give you some tools to get you started and help towards a positive growth mindset.
It's also a little intro into who I am as a coach. It's important that you find the coach that is right for you!

Between January and April I will host 5 different live group sessions, each with a different theme.

I will announce the first one on Monday the 8th and once they start they will be held every two weeks.
Let's tackle 2024 together and make incredible things happen!

We live in an era when so many of us are wanting to grow as people. To understand how to be better for ourselves and those around us. To build a life that make us happy and fulfilled. Committing to doing that work is amazing but it's so hard to see the big picture from anything other than your own perspective. That's where a coach comes in! We are here to guide with proven techniques to support your growth and development. While coaching isn't regulated please look for a trained and accredited coach. I will have my ICF certification very soon!

Change has always been hard for me. It takes me a while to embrace a new idea and go for it. Even with everything I've gone through in life. Many changes. Even with my experience leading change and my education on how to coach others, it can still be intimidating. We are all out here living this human experience together. You don't have to do this alone.
