How do YOU manage your time?
When I went back to school and finally to work 2 years AC (after the crash) managing the increase in tasks was overwhelming. A school mate suggested I try Google Calendar. Over the last 2 years, I have become much better at prioritizing my tasks and color coding them according to "what" type of task they are. The act of recoding every single thing I need to do in a day and giving it a time limit helps me maximize my 24 hours each day, plus the colors let me know at a glance if it's a work, personal, fitness, or health task.
I am NOT saying, everyone should use Google Calendar and color code their tasks. The goal is to find a way to lay out your daily work and task plan that will hold you personally accountable to what you want to achieve each and every day.
How do you keep yourself organized and how can you tweak your habit(s) to help you work smarter, not harder?
