Victoria Kung Fu Academy Langford’s Experts In Both, Children and Adult Martial Arts and Fitness We teach Shaolin Kempo Kung-fu which incorporates soft and hard styles.

Ours is a system that utilizes the techniques of the five animals, chin na (locking and grappling,) and weapon skills. Our purpose is to teach people how to stay healthy through using the art of Kung-fu to understand the body, while at the same time getting an aerobic workout. When you first begin we offer complementary one to one lessons that are individually designed with your age and fitness le

vel in mind. You will learn an art form that teaches balance, flexibility, greater self confidence, and much more. Kung-fu Academy offers 8 to 90 classes a month, which include group classes, skill classes and family classes. The only person you compete against is the person you were yesterday. They proved through Hard Work and Dedication anything they set their mind to is possible !!

We are excited to see them shortly move into the Adult Program, where earning their junior black belt has them now equivalent to half way through the adult belt system - this earning them an Adult Blue Belt and able to advance to their Adult Black Belts in the future!👍 🥋
