When you get tired, learn to rest, not quit.

Don’t give up on all the hard work you have been doing. Remember you will go through periods of downs and ups. When things get overwhelming take a second to breathe, relax have a coffee or go for a walk to clear your mind. Trust the process. You are just doing fine.

🥜 Fats are important macro nutrient. They give our body energy and to support cell growth. They also help protect your organs and keep your body warm.

🥜 Fat helps the body absorb vitamin A, vitamin D, and vitamin E. These vitamins are fat-soluble, which means they can only be absorbed with the help of fats

🥜 Higher fat intake will help aid testosterone. Testosterone is good for growth and regulating the body.

🥜 Most of the time you will be getting fats from either a carb or protein. Like eggs, red meat, some fish, cooking oils and butter.

🥜 Fat sources: Red meat, whole-fat dairy (milk, cream, cheese) butter, peanut butter, nuts, eggs, and avocado.
