From the outside she’s the speaker everyone books.
Behind the scenes her body treats every single talk like an emergency.
And she had a tidy label for it. “Perfectionist tendencies.” High standards. Wired that way.
Babe that label is a box you climbed into because it finally made the thing sound respectable.
It helps articulate your experience. It is not who you are. And it’s definitely not the end of the sentence.
Because when we actually traced it, it didn’t start on a stage. It started on the ice. A competition, a moment her brain filed under “not safe, never again”... and twenty years later that same wiring is running her keynotes.
She’s not responding to the stage. She’s responding to a filter installed decades before the stage existed.

Clip from episode 159 of my podcast, Unf**kwithable. The full conversation is there.
And when it isn’t one filter on one stage, it’s the thing quietly running every room you walk into, that’s Signal. One to one, ongoing, at the pace your life actually moves. You bring what’s live the day it’s live and we go straight to the wiring underneath it. Nothing to schedule, nothing to report on, no curriculum anywhere near it.
