Holidays & events can be hard.

It’s hard to stay on track, it’s hard to resist the treats, it’s hard to keep putting yourself first.

It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. You can still enjoy it without derailing your progress.

Here are a few tips to make your life easier:
⚫ Have a healthy snack or meal before going to gatherings. This will make you less likely to snack on the things you shouldn’t.
⚫Take a protein shake with you and sip on that until dinner.
⚫Make healthy modifications. If they are serving hamburgers, swap a regular bun for a lettuce bun.
⚫Don’t feel guilty for supporting your goals.

And if you feel like you are needing extra support, I am only a text away. I can help you navigate and make the best choices while supporting your goals.
