Our structured programs provide students with a goal oriented curriculum and our instructors guide students step by step as they reach toward Black Belt Excellence! Taekwon-Do techniques are very effective and can be leaned by anyone at any age. We offer several programs that are designed to maximize the member’s potential for reaching their martial arts goals. Our school and instructors are recognized and certified by the International Taekwon-Do Federation to ensure that our instructors have access to the most current and up to date teaching methods. Team Sundance is heading to Spain!

We’re excited to announce that our athletes will be competing at the 2026 ITF World Cup in Benidorm, Spain, representing Canada on the international stage.

This will be an incredible opportunity to compete, learn, and showcase the hard work our team puts in every day.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be introducing the athletes and coaches making the trip with individual profiles, stories, and updates as we get closer to the World Cup.
