We hope you’re enjoying time with family and friends, making the most of summer, and staying active.

With the smoky conditions and wildfires affecting many communities, we’re also thinking of everyone who has been impacted. Please take care, follow local advisories, and stay safe if you’re spending time outdoors.

It was Crazy Outfit Day at VAAA Track & Field! 🎉🏃‍♀️

Athletes showed up ready to train and turned the track into a runway of wild, creative, and hilarious outfits.

Big energy, big laughs, and still some serious work getting done! 💪😄
