We offer instruction in authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu using the teaching methods and curriculum of well regarded professors, world champions and academies/teams (Carlos Gracie Jr, Vinicius Draculino, Saulio Ribiero, Andre Galvao, Gracie Barra, Alliance, etc). Our goal is to give every student, regardless of age, gender, body type or physical ability, the tools needed to defend themselves against b

igger, stronger and more physically capable opponents whether it be on the mats, in the ring, on the streets or in the school yard. Regardless of your level of fitness, past martial arts or athletic experience, we will have a class to fit your needs: Jiu-Jitsu can be as easy or as challenging as you make it!
