Vernon and area - Women's Kickboxing and Self Defence Class Women's Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing All training is done in a safe, clean, and relaxed environment.

At Pacific Top Team Vernon our primary goal is to offer training and instruction in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling, Boxing, Kickboxing and realistic self-defence to practitioners of all sizes and ages.
