Ready to level up your game? Come out and compete for a spot on Empire Ultimate, our first Vernon Club Team.

Open team — all players welcome (male-matching & female-matching) ages 14–18.
This is a competitive team, but if you’re not selected, there will be training and development opportunities to help you grow your game.

Registration is open for the VUDS Summer ‘26 season!

Join us on Monday’s starting May 25 from 6:30-8:00pm at Grahame Park (Fulton Secondary) for scrimmages that are open to all skill levels. Buy a seasons pass for 12 weeks of fun, or drop-in when able.

There will be 2 fields running; one for scrimmage for players 14+, and one field for youth aged 10-13* to learn to play.

(*please note the learn to play programming is dependant on the number of participants. If registration and/or attendance is low these players will not be merged into the 14+ group).

🎅 VUDS Merry Hucking HAT Tournament 🎄
Sunday, Dec 21 • 9:00am–2:30pm
📍 Vernon Toyota Indoor Sports Centre

Join us for a festive day of Ultimate! Whether you’re a regular or just in it for the holiday fun, come toss some discs, meet great people, and kick off Christmas with VUDS. 🥏✨

Registration:
Arrive a few minutes early. Waivers required for VUDS + the facility (U18 players need a parent to sign).

What to Bring:
White, black & yellow jerseys (or another bright color). Teams and schedules provided at check-in.

🍻 After-Party: “Hucking Beer”
Celebrate at The Kal (all ages welcome) and toast to a Merry Hucking Christmas!

Join us for a fun, fast-paced Adult (14+) Hat League — perfect for all skill levels.

💰 $55 adults | $45 ages 14–18
🥏 Hat League format: Teams are mixed each week to keep it casual, social & inclusive.
👕 Bring cleats, water, red/black/white shirts (no grey).

Only 30 passes available — spots fill fast!

✅ Attendance:
Mark your attendance at least 24 hours in advance each week or your spot may be filled by a drop-in player. Drop-in spots open only if there’s capacity.

VUDS is excited to announce a Summer Youth Program! Youth (ages 10-13) Learn to Play Ultimate! Ultimate is a fast-paced, team sport played with a flying disc (Frisbee). You’ll learn to throw, catch, cut, and play defense—all while having fun and staying active. Practice skills like backhand and forehand throws, and try easy drills like partner passing or cutting and catching. Games are self-officiated and built on honesty and respect. It’s a great way to make friends, get moving, and have fun!

After much thought, we’ve made the tough call to cancel the ultimate division of the 2025 Funtastics Tournament. Despite early excitement, we couldn’t quite overcome the challenges around volunteer support and team turnout.

Huge thanks to everyone who registered and supported the vision. Stay tuned for future ultimate events from VUDS—and be sure to save the date for next year:June 27–28, 2026!
