We love that Patti lives less than an hour away — because sometimes the best adventures really are right in your own backyard.

Freaky Creeky is a pretty great example of what makes the Vernon area so special: incredible trails, beautiful lakes, big views and a trail-running community that brings people together from both near and far.

Honestly, it's so relatable.
But you HAVE made it. Here we are - Sept 3.
You feel like you could certainly enjoy 13km on the trails and who knows....maybe even 27.

September is here, and apparently we have decided to pack a LOT into it.
Freaky Creeky is just around the corner, Fall Clinic starts next week, we’re already looking ahead to our Seasons End Trail Run at Predator Ridge, and we have a great opportunity to share from one of our collaborating health professionals.
