Balance bikes & 6 and under Full Trackers�👉 ALL first‑time riders new to BMX (ANY age)
⭐ 5:30–6:15 PM�Skills Clinic | Ages 7–12�✔️ Gate experience required�✔️ Basic & advanced skills covered
⭐ 6:15–7:00 PM�Ages 13+ | All expert riders
❗ These times are guidelines. If you’re unsure which practice your rider should attend, please see a Head Coach.
🛡️ Safety First!�To keep everyone safe, riders are broken into groups.�• During half‑track sessions, please watch from the bleachers if your rider does not need assistance�• If assistance is needed: 1 adult per rider on the track
