Reopening Plan:
According to the Canadian government, the border is opening to tourists starting Aug. 9, 2021.
*Travelers will have to registered with the ArriveCAN app prior to departure from home and provide them
with proof of vaccination and approximate time and date arriving at border.
*Travelers will be required to provide a 72 hour negative test upon arrival at the border.
*There is also a note that says each traveler must have a 14 day quarantine plan in place just in case.
We are waiting on clarification about this.
*We, at North Star, are planning to open a limited number of cabins from Saturday, August 14 – Sept. 7, 2021.
We are delaying for a few days to give the border time to work out the kinks and relay any info prior to any of
our clients trying to cross.
*The cost will be $100 per person per fishing day. Boat and motor rental will be $160 per day plus fuel.
*We will NOT be offering any meals.
