Womens u82 kg - axle hold weight options: 135 / 185

Women 82+ kg - axle hold weight options:150 / 200

We have been listening to athlete-feedback and adjusted these numbers.

We are super excited to announce a new location this year!

We had a great first run at last year's competition. This year, we have an entire gym booked all to ourselves!!

Don't forget, registration order determines first event performance order!! So the first to register gets to go last, second goes second last, etc.

Registration deadline: November 26th!!
Late registrations will be accepted, but you won't get a comp-T, and they are going to *cool* so you'll want one 😎

Rules update!!!

Arrival: 9:45-10:00
Athletes meeting: 10:10

24 hr weigh-ins by video call(10am-12pm December 9th) message to schedule your time slot if necessary.

If you're not cutting weight and don't need the 24h weigh-in we will scale you upon arrival comp day!!

*husafell distance: 60 ft, no drops, 60s*
*Axle clean and press out: 60s*
*13" axle DL: down/up commands, 60s*
*Arm over arm: 45ft, 60s*
*sandbag over bar: 60s*
*Yoke: 60ft, 60s* (recommended to know your yoke height in advance!!)

-Spectators welcome/free

-Bring your own chairs!!

-Register by the 26th of November to guarantee your customized comp t-shirt!

Women's adaptive class(open weight)

Axle press from the rack for reps - 75 lbs

Seated 13" axle deadlift for reps - 275 lbs

Arm over arm sled drag - 300 lbs

Sandbag load for reps - 100 lbs

Possibility for Men's adaptive class based on interest.
