Soccer Parents:

Constant power outages right now are preventing me from sending an email.

Yes, you have to choose a volunteer position for each child this year. If you’re registering more than 1 child, just choose the same volunteer position for each child, unless you’re applying for coaching staff for one of your children. Anyone registering U15-U19 could choose Lakeland Cup, as Vegreville Soccer will be hosting, and we always need volunteers for that. Otherwise, just choose fundraising bbq for your 2nd or 3rd child.

Remember, if you’re choosing Coach, Asst coach, team mgr or bench parent, you must register yourself as STAFF. After registering your children, go back into your RAMP account, choose yourself and register as STAFF, and select one of the 4 positions to apply for.

Lastly, yes, with our new RAMP registration system, you need to put your credit card in for each child you’re registering if you’re paying online, but the admin fee is the same whether you’re paying individually or if you pay the entire amount all at once like our previous Paypal system.

The $100 raffle fee is only charged once per account, not per registration.
I’ve checked this, and it is going through correctly for parents registering multiple kids.

Parents: It’s very important to contact me if you’re having trouble registering for 2026 Outdoor Soccer. For new parents, I have no contact info for you without a registration form. I’m receiving multiple e-transfers with no registration forms.

Process: Go to our main website (www.vegrevillesoccer.ca), scroll down to the 2026 OUTDOOR REGISTRATION LINK, and click “Read Article”, then click on REGISTER HERE
There’s also a link under the registration tab in both the 2026 documents. If you don’t have a RAMP account, you need to create one, and add your children as family members to register them in soccer. If you’re interested in being a coach, asst coach, team mgr or bench parent, you need to register yourself as STAFF.

NEW WEBSITE: RAMP
Create an account if you don’t already have one, add family members and register your kids for soccer. Coaches will need to register as a “staff member” as well, and they will be using the RAMP Team app this year - you will use the same account you registered your kids with to sign into the RAMP Team app.

Everyone,
Vegreville Minor Soccer is looking for referees for our upcoming Outdoor Soccer Season (April - June). This is an excellent opportunity to make some money and learn more about the game of soccer. Kids as young as 12 (on or before May 15th) can be Mini Referees, age 14 can be Youth Referees & 16+ can be District Referees.
