Hello everyone. Another 6 weeks flew by. We were obviously having too much fun to even notice. I moved the Wednesday evening class to Thursdays, so all of you golfing ladies can also come. Starting this upcoming Thursday, same place Brickhouse Fitness Vegreville 7pm. $90 for the session. Please let me know if you want in. We have a few open spots. If you have been on the fence, now is your time!!

Hello everyone. I have been a bit busy lately with a few other things (check out Vegreville Medi Spa), but I am ready to start up a new HIIT class in the new year. Mondays will stay the same, with the more advanced Crossfit style workouts, and I will add another one on either Wednesdays or Thursdays. Great mix of cardio and resistance training, for full body workout.
It will be at Brickhouse Fitness Vegreville 7-8pm, $90 for a 6 week session.
