🚨MINIMUM AGE CHANGE 🚨

What’s up guys! We are changing our minimum age at the gym from 16 to 15 years old, you will NEED a parent or guardian to come in and sign the waiver and make sure you both UNDERSTAND the waiver.

We think it’s great opportunity for young adults to experience both the mental and physical benefits of the gym.

That being said… We will be having ZERO tolerance for breaking the gym rules.

A safety demonstration and walk through is highly recommended, you can DM us for more information on that!!

Saturday: 10-2pm
