The boys will endure a very vigorous 3 day dryland training where they will be challenged beyond their limits. Also, they will be educated on good eating habits aswell as in season maintenance. Following the gym session, there will be transportation from the GYM to the arena where they will have a 2 hr on ice session. If you are available to transport your child to the Rink, that is fine as well.
I have kept this cost extremely low for our players, and I strongly recommend you maximize your attendance. I would like to hear from people asap, please 🙏🏼

Kindly note that effective Saturday July 1st, through to Sept 2nd we will be implementing Summer hours. We will be open from 6am & closing at 3pm. This only applies to Saurdays.
We will resume back to regular hours after the September long weekend.
