Building a strong foundation for young cricketers takes patience, passion, and a lot of hard work, and we have been consistent in our efforts in schools and in the
community. The impact we have been making at grassroots level and in schools goes far beyond cricket—we have been helping shape discipline, teamwork, and confidence in these kids.

U19 Qualifier!

I normally don’t post on social media but got to feel for the boys, coaching staff, administrators, management, and all those who worked tirelessly to prepare our boys for the U19 qualification.

We will rise again! Canada has a strong cricketing base with excellent staff and we will return stronger and even more determined.

I’m certain that we’ve learnt a lot from this experience and will recognize that those celebrations after our first win against the US in round robin were premature. We do have to celebrate our wins, however the ultimate goal was not achieved. US on the other hand knew exactly what they had to do and played the rest of the games accordingly, with an impressive win against Argentina thereby achieving a massive net run rate which was difficult for other teams to match.
We all anxiously waited for the final game on the 18th which unfortunately was a disappointment considering we were out played by the US. Kudos to the US team for having won the tournament and qualifying for the 2024 U19 World Cup. Good Luck!
Canada, let us not forget the achievements of the tournament and the work required to better ourselves. Rather than criticize and dig holes, let's stand behind our players, coaching staff and all involved. Better things will come. Remember celebrations are best cherished when we meet our goals. Good Luck Canada!
