Some of my favorite moments aren’t the diving saves…they’re the ones right before and right after. The focus in the stance. The smile after a good save. The quiet confidence of a kid who’s put in the reps and it’s starting to show.

This group represents months of early mornings, repetition, and belief in the process. Different ages, different styles, same mentality.

Positivity, Persistence, and Perseverance.

Grateful to do what I love with such an amazing team this summer. ☀️🧤

Thank you to everyone who believes in our program, our methodology, and our outlook. It’s been a summer filled with growth, lessons, and a tremendous amount of fun.
It’s been a wonderful experience getting to work with such dedicated, disciplined, and ambitious athletes, the ones who showed up early, stayed late, and kept on striving for improvements.

Thank you to the parents who go above and beyond for their goalkeepers, driving across the GTA, sitting through the heat, trusting us with your kid’s development. Coaching only works when there’s a partnership behind it, and you’ve been that from day one.

And to my coaches, thank you for showing up to every session and caring about these athletes as people first. None of this happens without you.

First professional contract signed, at just 16 years old.

From Woodbridge → RRSMG → Toronto FC Academy → Serie B, Modena FC 🇮🇹

Time is a quiet thing, you don’t feel it moving until you look up and four years have passed. I’ve had the privilege of coaching Nikolaj Puric ✞ since he was a kid still learning where to place his hands. Every session, every rep, every hard day RR Toronto High Performance Football … it led here.
This is what building actually looks like. Not overnight. Not easy. Just four years of showing up.
Proud doesn’t begin to describe this. Onward, great things ahead for you Niko. All of us at Elite One will continue supporting you. 🧤
