Let’s ensure we all enhance our class experience by doing the following✨
1. Sign up ahead of classes. This will insure your spot in class and avoid any confusion if the class is full
2. Bring indoor shoes & change at studio. We need to ensure floors are cleaner for your health & other members at the studio
3. Come 5-10 minutes before class starts to listen to the trainers intro/demo. Our coaches will help you understand the class structure including form/technique to enhance your overall workout experience
4. Grab a towel before class starts. Lay your towel on benches, mats to ensure you leave a dry surface for the next person to use the station
