𝙒𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙥… 💪🏻⏳

As 2023 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on my own fitness progress and areas for improvement (so much to work on so little time). Mobility and flexibility are at the top of my list in 2024. Also, nutrition and supplements will continue to be a priority for me as I enter my 51st year around the sun. Maintaining my strength and endurance also key.

For those of you looking for some fitness inspiration, here’s my fitness advice to you for the new year:

✨ Work hard as if every day was day one☝️
✨ You only get one body. Take care of it 🏋️‍♀️🥗🥩
✨ The reflection in the mirror is your only competition.
✨ Surround yourself with people that inspire you 🤩
✨ Don’t wait to be motivated. Just start ✅
✨ Measure your success by how you feel 🤸
✨ Do what you love and the rest will follow ❤️
