Founded in 2016 by Suzy Kaitman, a dancer and fitness specialist, we've enriched countless lives. Awards include Westender's GOLD for Best Dance Fitness Class in 2017 and Georgia Straight's Runner-Up for Best Dance Studio in 2016, 2017, 2018, & 2019. Our Founder Suzy Kaitman, is recognized as IMPACT Magazine's Top Fitness Instructor in 2019, 2021, 2023 and 2025! In addition, Georgia Straight's Runner-Up for Best Dance Teacher in 2023!
