Over the last 365 days I’ve gained so much… (other than a few pounds).
Thank you to all the amazing new friends, colleagues, and students who made my experience moving to toronto one I will never regret.

That’s one of my main takeaways from our two days together 🙏🙏
Thank you for sharing your incredible story and delivering mental resilience workshops to me and the athletes in our camp. ❤️🎾

Mental health and sport go hand in hand, and educational opportunities are more important than ever. We all have anxiety, stress… and we need it in order to survive. If we learn to channel it right, it brings out the best in us. On the other hand if it becomes overwhelming, share it with your doctor and/or someone close to you 🙏

Super fun two days working with the top U12 and U14 BC players, thank you for hosting us and for for having me part of the journey.
