This afternoon I watched my son graduate from high school.
It reminded me of something that new Teachers need to hear.
A certificate may mark the end of a program, but it should never mark the end of your education. Remember how you felt at your high school grad? The future was full of hope, excitement & possibilities. But many of us thought we “knew it all” already, a mindset that needed maturity & experience to shift.
A first Pilates certification is an accomplishment worth celebrating. But whether you continue learning through experience, workshops, mentorships, or additional certifications, the real growth happens after the piece of paper is handed to you.
The best teachers never stop being students.
