🚨GUEST MINI PROGRESSIVE! This is truly a special treat!! We are so excited to have the most wonderful Sarah Formosa sharing her craft with us in our upcoming 3-Week Mini Progressive starting Oct. 18th.

Step outside your usual style and explore the fluidity, complexity, and storytelling of contemporary. A chance to grow your range and bring new tools back into your regular training. This style blends elements of ballet, modern, and jazz technique with an emphasis on flow and free movement. All experience levels are welcome! We’re keeping this capped at 12 so that dancers get ample room to move!

3-WEEK MINI PROGRESSIVE
Sundays Oct 18, 25, Nov 1 (2:30-3:30PM)

🚨GUEST WORKSHOP | W*acking with

You’ve seen her on stage at our exhibition battles and now, the incredible Muse is coming in to teach on Oct 18th 3:30PM! Originating in 1970s Los Angeles gay clubs, Whacking (or W*acking) emerged from punking as a powerful dance form centered on QTBIPOC self-expression.

Characterized by striking, arm rolls, intricate pathways, dramatic posing and intense musicality, it is a style rooted in performance and storytelling. In this class, students will build foundational technique and speed while honoring the culture’s history and finding their own confident expression on the floor.
