Not every important play ends up on the scoresheet.

Sometimes it’s the simple pass. The run that creates space. The player tracking back. The teammate communicating from behind.

Those moments matter.

Play for each other. 🏑🤝

Confidence doesn’t mean walking onto the turf knowing you’re going to win.

It means knowing that whatever happens, you’re ready to compete.

Trust yourself. Trust your teammates. And play. 🏑

Your teammates can encourage you. Your coach can guide you. Your family can cheer for you.

But eventually, you have to believe it too.

Go into this weekend trusting your training, your instincts and yourself. 🏑

Had a rough game? Made a mistake you keep replaying?

Take the lesson. Leave the rest.

One performance is one small part of your story as an athlete. The next game is another opportunity. 🏑
