Big congrats to Jen for wrapping up her Foundations Course! 🎉

Honestly, it already feels like Jen has been part of the CFBC crew for years. She jumped in with such great energy, asked great questions, worked hard, and fit right in from day one.

We’re so pumped to officially welcome her into classes and into the community.

For anyone new to CrossFit, our Foundations Course is where we start. We offer 3-session and 5-session options so you can learn the movements, build confidence, and feel supported before jumping into regular classes.

Today we celebrate our incredible Director of Coaching, .tyler.fisher aka ‘SweetPea’! A nickname that suits him to his core. Stephen is not only a very knowledgeable and talented coach, our members and guests regulatory comment how sweet (and hot 😉) he is. 💗

Stephen inspires the community to fine tune their form, take their training to the next level, all while enjoying the process. His commitment to helping us all be our best is something we are extremely grateful for. He inspires us to compete, the try new things we never even had on our radar and he even encourages donuts. 😋

We love you SweetPea, happiest of years ahead! Thanks for all you do for CFBC and the wellness community 🙏 36 years young and crushing it buddy - Happy Birthday! Congrats, you have so much to be proud of. Enjoy celebrating your greatness!

Memorial Weekend is coming, and we’re opening our doors to CrossFitters across Vancouver for one of the most meaningful workouts of the year.

Sunday, May 24
Noon to 3 PM
Heats every 30 minutes
$30 drop-in
All CrossFitters welcome

The workout:

1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run

Do it solo. Partition it. Scale it. Wear the vest. Leave the vest at home. Bring your people. Bring your heart. Bring your best effort.

This one is bigger than the workout.

Congrats to all the CrossRox athletes who competed in our first CFBC CrossRox Comp!

Witnessing you step outside your comfort zone and complete the 4 workouts with your partner was inspiring and full of celebrations! Way to go!!!

Thank you for your support and enthusiasm as we brought the community together, and thank you to Coach Stephen for his creations. Sandbags, deadlifts, wall walks, cleans, skipping, and many more movements were tested and each athlete brought their best. You each have so much to be proud of!

Excited for the next one! Hugs kudos and gratitude đŸ€©
