As one of our members said, here's the "zanshin of the seminar".

For those who stayed and contributed extra effort after a long seminar to help tear down, pack up, and clean up, the entire Vancouver dojo would like to give our biggest thanks and appreciation to you!

3 days worth of setup gone in 2 hours πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Maybe we can revisit the venue in the winter and actually try some curling!

The 2026 IKYF International Seminar has now concluded. We'd like to express our gratitude to the senseis and participants that travelled from near and far to make this such a memorable week. Special thanks to all the volunteers who were so attentive and busy behind the scenes.

We look forward to connecting with you all again in the next seminar in Minnesota!

During our 5 hour Canada Day practice, we all agreed to do a 1 arrow taikai at the end of the day. We split into 2 groups and the winners of the group would face off in the finals. It felt just as exciting as the FIFA events happening down the street.

Congratulations Bernadette on becoming the taikai queen! πŸ†πŸ₯‡πŸŽ‰
